Trust and safety

A marketplace only works if both sides can trust the signal. Here's what we check.

Buyers are qualified before they see anything

Buyers complete an onboarding profile covering markets, exit strategy, capacity, and proof of execution. Unqualified buyers don't get matches, and buy boxes without proof stay provisional.

Agents confirm authority

Agents state their license market, brokerage, and agency relationship when they submit a property. Homeowners confirm they can sell the home they're submitting. For an on-market home submitted by its owner, a Pro agent reviews the property and contacts the homeowner about next steps. An agent can help explain options without making the decision for them.

Property signal is verified, not claimed

Condition is captured through guided visual banding, and media is time-stamped and address-matched when captured in-app. Available facts, uncertainties, and a signal quality score help buyers see what is documented and what still needs confirmation.

Behavior is tracked on both sides

We record response rates, retrades, withdrawals, and missed deadlines. Buyers who retrade without new material information lose standing and match volume.

Contact is gated

Seller identity and contact details unlock only after a preliminary offer. Your information is never distributed to a buyer list.
