- Yes. Submitting a property, seeing the Potential Investor Range, requesting offers, and comparing them costs nothing. No credit card required.
- What do I get for $50/month with Pro?
- Pro adds eligible state inventory for your own buyers, your own seller lead widget, private named buy boxes, live matching, group learning, branded presentations, and off-market inventory. OfferLnz-introduced buyers and seller opportunities require separate manual certification approval as well as Pro; neither is guaranteed.
- Do I need Pro to win the listing appointment?
- No. Free gives you the range, buyer eligibility, and offer comparison. Pro adds the configurable seller presentation plus the buy-side tools that help the network work for your book.
- Can I cancel Pro anytime?
- Yes. $50/month per agent, no contract, cancel anytime. Join the waitlist for your licensed state; there is no payment until Pro access is available in your market.
- Who is on the buy side?
- Qualified buyers who complete underwriting criteria before they ever see a property — buy box, capital, timeline and market. Unqualified accounts don't get supply.
- Does the Impact Incentive come out of my commission?
- No. Every agent earns it on Free or Pro, and Limitless La Vie Corp funds each $250–$500 gift. Nothing is deducted from your commission or charged to your client.
- Are there per-transaction or seller fees?
- No. OfferLnz does not charge sellers, and the platform has no per-transaction fee. The only cost is the optional Pro subscription.
