Straight answers
What agents ask first.
- Does any of this come out of my commission?
- No. Every gift is funded by Limitless La Vie Corp. Nothing is deducted from your commission, your brokerage split, the seller, or the buyer.
- Do I need Pro to earn it?
- No. Every agent on OfferLnz earns it, on the Free plan or Pro. Pro is never required.
- Which closings qualify?
- Properties you submit through OfferLnz that reach a verified closing. The submitting agent always receives the credit.
- How is the amount set?
- By how many qualifying closings you have that calendar year, using the closing date. The first gives $250 and the fifth and beyond give $500 each. The count resets every January.
- Who chooses the nonprofit?
- You do, from an approved directory organized by cause. You can also nominate a local 501(c)(3); we confirm its standing and mission fit before it can receive gifts.
- Is the gift tax-deductible for me?
- No. It is a corporate gift made by Limitless La Vie Corp in recognition of your closing. It is not compensation to you and not a deduction for you.
- Can I talk about it with clients?
- Yes. You can share that your closings support the organization you chose, funded by Limitless La Vie Corp, at no cost to your client.

Gifts are corporate charitable contributions made by Limitless La Vie Corp. to approved 501(c)(3) organizations in recognition of qualifying closings. They are not compensation to agents, are not tax-deductible to agents, and are not contingent on the use of any settlement service. Amounts and terms may be updated for future closings.
