What agents ask first.
- What exactly do I earn?
- 25% of the Pro subscription revenue OfferLnz actually collects from agents who created their account through your personal link, for as long as they stay on Pro.
- Is this tied to deals or commissions?
- Never. It is a share of software subscription revenue only — never a cut of commissions, closings, platform fees, buyers, or sellers. It is completely separate from the Impact Incentive.
- Is this a multi-level program?
- No. There is exactly one tier: agents you personally refer. You earn nothing from anyone they refer.
- Who can participate?
- Any agent can share their link once they have one. Earnings activate when you are a Certified Pro — an active Pro subscription plus OfferLnz certification.
- When do I get paid?
- Earnings are held for 30 days after the subscription payment is collected, then become available. Payouts are handled outside the app with standard tax documentation.
- What if a referred agent cancels and comes back?
- You earn only while their Pro subscription is active. If they cancel, earnings pause; if they return, they resume from that point — there is no back-pay for the gap.
- Does it cost anything to join?
- No. Joining OfferLnz as an agent is free, and the Free plan is a full seller-side workflow. Pro adds the buy-side toolkit for $50 a month.
