Privacy policy

Operated by Limitless La Vie Corp

Effective Date: October 26, 2026

Our commitment to privacy

Offerlnz is a real estate decision-support marketplace connecting property opportunities with qualified buyers and licensed real estate professionals.

Our purpose is to help people make better-informed real estate decisions while supporting a broader mission of keeping housing productive and strengthening communities.

We recognize that trust is essential to that mission. Homeowners share property information, agents bring relationships and opportunities, and buyers provide confidential acquisition criteria.

Our approach is straightforward: collect information for legitimate purposes, make it available to appropriate participants, and protect it against unauthorized use.

This Privacy Policy explains how Limitless La Vie Corp, operating as Offerlnz ("Offerlnz," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, maintains, and protects information.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through Offerlnz websites, applications, accounts, dashboards, property-submission tools, communications, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

It applies to homeowners, real estate professionals, investors, authorized business representatives, prospective participants, and visitors interacting with the Platform.

Offerlnz operates as a technology and decision-support platform, not a real estate brokerage. Licensed professionals participating in the Platform operate independently under their respective brokerage affiliations and applicable professional obligations.

This Policy governs information handled by Offerlnz. It does not automatically govern information independently collected or maintained by participating brokerages, investors, service providers, or other third parties outside the Platform.

Separate program agreements, terms of service, or additional privacy notices may apply to particular features or relationships.

2. Information We Collect

Information collected depends on your relationship with Offerlnz and the features you use.

A. Personal and contact information

We may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, account identifiers, communication preferences, and information identifying authorized representatives.

B. Professional and business information

For real estate professionals, investors, and business participants, we may collect:

  • Professional licenses, brokerage affiliations, business entities, and service areas.
  • Investment strategies, acquisition criteria, preferred markets, and purchasing history.
  • Business qualifications, transaction experience, professional relationships, and authorization records.
  • Account subscriptions, program participation, referrals, and applicable payment information.

C. Property and homeowner information

Property-related information may include addresses, ownership records, building characteristics, condition assessments, photographs, renovation details, occupancy information, valuation data, seller preferences, timelines, and other information relevant to evaluating a property opportunity.

Property information may constitute personal information when it identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be associated with an individual homeowner.

Photographs and uploaded files may contain metadata, including timestamps and geographic information.

D. Marketplace and transaction information

We may maintain information relating to property submissions, representation status, buyer matches, preliminary offers, offer requests, responses, underwriting materials, transaction progress, referral attribution, applicable fees, closing outcomes, and related activity.

This may include operational records such as participant responsiveness, acceptance or rejection of opportunities, changes in offer terms, and transaction performance.

E. Financial and verification information

Where relevant, we may process business verification information, purchasing qualifications, proof-of-funds confirmations, payment records, and other information needed to evaluate participation or administer services.

Ordinary property submissions do not require Social Security numbers, complete bank account credentials, or similarly sensitive identification documents. Users should not submit such information unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

Payment providers may independently collect and process payment credentials under their own applicable privacy notices.

F. Communications and technical information

We may collect account communications, messages, support requests, consent records, subscription preferences, device information, IP addresses, browser information, access logs, referring pages, and interactions with Platform features.

Where call recording or other monitoring is used, we will provide notice and obtain consent when required by law.

3. Sources of Information

Offerlnz may obtain information:

  • Directly from individuals and businesses using the Platform.
  • From participating agents, brokerages, investors, and authorized representatives.
  • From public real estate records, property databases, listing systems, and commercially available property-information providers.
  • From service providers assisting with verification, payments, analytics, communications, security, or Platform operations.
  • From authorized integrations and other lawful sources relevant to the services requested.

We may combine information from these sources to maintain accurate property records, support legitimate real estate activities, validate marketplace participation, and improve decision support.

Information appearing in a public record is not necessarily excluded from privacy protections.

Participants who submit information about another person must have an appropriate lawful basis for doing so. Submitting a homeowner's information does not automatically establish authorization to distribute a property for offers or consent to unrelated marketing communications.

4. How We Use Information

We process information for legitimate marketplace, operational, and legal purposes, including:

Providing services: Creating accounts, maintaining property records, processing submissions, generating property information, facilitating matching, supporting evaluations, and coordinating authorized offer activity.

Supporting decision-making: Organizing property characteristics, buyer criteria, offer terms, condition assessments, market information, and transaction alternatives to help participants make informed decisions.

Managing marketplace relationships: Verifying participants, maintaining buyer and agent relationships, tracking source attribution, documenting responses, and administering applicable program agreements.

Operating the business: Administering subscriptions, invoices, referrals, payments, customer support, service notifications, and business records.

Improving the Platform: Evaluating usage, service quality, matching performance, market trends, and operational outcomes; developing new features; and creating aggregated or appropriately de-identified reports.

Security and compliance: Preventing fraud, investigating unauthorized activity, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting participants, and complying with applicable laws.

Communications: Sending relevant account, opportunity, transaction, educational, and promotional communications, subject to applicable consent requirements and communication preferences.

We use information in ways reasonably connected to the services described in this Policy or otherwise disclosed at collection. Where an additional purpose requires consent or another legal basis, we will satisfy that requirement before processing.

5. Marketplace Information, Access, and Confidentiality

Offerlnz is designed to facilitate appropriate information exchange without unnecessarily exposing confidential marketplace relationships.

The type of information available to a participant depends on their role, authorization, representation relationship, applicable agreements, and the stage of an opportunity.

A. Buyer information and acquisition criteria

Buyers may submit confidential information about their acquisition strategies, purchasing criteria, geographic preferences, transaction history, and business qualifications.

Offerlnz may use this information internally to identify relevant opportunities and administer marketplace relationships.

Detailed buyer information and nonpublic buy boxes are not made generally available to participating agents or unrelated third parties.

An agent specifically authorized or activated to work with a buyer may receive relevant buyer information to support that relationship. An assigned Investor Relationship Partner may receive the information necessary to perform their authorized responsibilities.

Offerlnz may also provide limited matching indicators without disclosing the underlying confidential acquisition criteria or buyer identity.

B. Agent-submitted opportunities

Information submitted by real estate professionals may include confidential client relationships, property opportunities, sourcing information, communications, and supporting documentation.

Offerlnz uses this information to support authorized marketplace activity, protect attribution, facilitate appropriate matching, and maintain transaction records.

Access to an agent's underlying client information, confidential submissions, and proprietary business relationships is restricted to authorized workflows and legitimate operational purposes.

Submission of information to Offerlnz does not authorize other participants to use it for unrelated solicitation, independent lead generation, or unauthorized redistribution. Additional restrictions are governed by applicable participation agreements.

C. Seller-represented opportunities

For opportunities submitted by an agent representing the seller, relevant property information may be disclosed to eligible buyers whose acquisition criteria match the property.

Information may include property characteristics, condition details, photographs, relevant evaluation materials, and other information needed to assess an opportunity.

Seller identity and direct contact information are not generally provided solely because a property matches a buyer's criteria. Additional information may be disclosed when authorized or reasonably necessary to facilitate a legitimate transaction.

A street address can sometimes identify an owner through public records. Accordingly, property information should not be assumed anonymous merely because direct contact details are withheld.

D. Buyer-represented opportunities

Where an agent represents a buyer, property submissions and related information may be restricted to that buyer or other specifically authorized recipients, consistent with the applicable workflow and representation arrangement.

Buyer-represented submissions are not automatically made available through general agent inventory.

These distinctions are intended to protect representation relationships, legitimate business interests, and the integrity of the Platform.

E. Seller and prospect information

Property owner contact information, acquisition prospects, and seller-related records are used for legitimate Platform operations and authorized real estate activities.

Access may be provided to participating professionals responsible for appropriate outreach, qualification, representation, or transaction coordination where permitted by law.

Offerlnz does not treat possession of a property address or homeowner contact details as blanket consent for unsolicited marketing.

Participants remain responsible for applicable privacy, telemarketing, do-not-call, agency, and professional requirements.

6. How and When Information Is Disclosed

We may disclose relevant information to the following recipients where appropriate for the stated purposes:

Participating agents and brokerages: To support authorized representation, property evaluation, communication, and transaction activity.

Qualified buyers and investors: To evaluate opportunities, request additional information, submit offers, and participate in authorized transactions.

Transaction professionals: Including settlement attorneys, title providers, inspectors, lenders, valuation professionals, and other participants involved in a requested transaction.

Technology and operating service providers: Including hosting providers, database services, security vendors, customer-support tools, communications providers, payment processors, and analytics or AI service providers acting on our behalf.

Optional program partners: Where users request or authorize additional services such as underwriting, financing, property improvements, or alternative transaction solutions.

Professional advisers and legal authorities: Where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights.

Affiliated or successor entities: Where necessary for lawful internal operations, restructuring, financing, mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We aim to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the intended purpose.

Service providers acting on our behalf are expected to maintain appropriate protections and process information within the scope of their services.

Independent buyers, brokers, and professional service providers may have separate privacy obligations once information is lawfully disclosed to them.

7. Commercial Data Use and Marketplace Integrity

Offerlnz's business model centers on decision support, marketplace access, and transaction-related services, not the unrestricted resale of participant information.

We do not offer confidential buyer buy boxes, agent client relationships, or identifiable homeowner contact lists as independent data products for unrelated third-party marketing.

We may process and analyze marketplace activity to improve our services, verify performance, identify trends, and support legitimate business operations.

We may also create aggregated or de-identified reports that do not reasonably identify individual participants. We maintain reasonable measures designed to prevent such information from being reidentified, except where permitted by law.

A disclosure may qualify as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws even where no money is directly exchanged for the information. We will provide legally required disclosures and applicable opt-out rights when our actual practices fall within those definitions.

Nothing in this Policy grants a participant permission to harvest, resell, republish, or commercially exploit another participant's confidential information outside authorized purposes.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision Support

Offerlnz may use automated rules, mathematical models, artificial intelligence, and related technologies to support property analysis, buyer matching, data organization, eligibility review, fraud detection, and other Platform functions.

These tools may process property characteristics, transaction information, buyer criteria, marketplace activity, and other relevant information.

Automated outputs are intended to assist decision-making. They are not guaranteed appraisals, binding purchase offers, credit decisions, or substitutes for professional judgment.

Actual real estate representation, transaction decisions, and contractual commitments remain subject to the relevant people, professionals, and organizations.

Where third-party AI providers process information on our behalf, we seek to limit the information shared to what is needed for the requested function and apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

We do not authorize service providers to use confidential participant information for unrelated general-purpose model training without an appropriate legal basis, disclosure, and contractual authorization.

Where applicable law provides rights concerning profiling or automated decisions, we will honor those rights as required.

9. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

Offerlnz may use cookies and similar technologies to support authentication, security, user preferences, performance measurement, and the operation of Platform features.

Where enabled, analytics and advertising technologies may collect device identifiers, browsing activity, page interactions, referral sources, and similar technical information.

Some third-party advertising or analytics practices may constitute targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law.

Users may manage available cookie preferences through browser settings and any privacy controls provided on the Platform. Where applicable law requires honoring recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, we will do so.

Disabling certain essential technologies may affect Platform functionality.

Material advertising technologies, session-replay tools, and nonessential trackers will be disclosed and managed in accordance with applicable law when implemented.

10. Communications, Email, and SMS

Offerlnz may communicate with participants regarding account activity, property opportunities, requested services, transactions, security, training, and other relevant Platform matters.

Promotional communications are subject to applicable law and any required consent.

Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe instructions provided in those messages.

Where SMS communications are offered, recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, as supported by the applicable messaging program. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply.

We will obtain consent for automated marketing calls or texts where legally required. Consent to marketing communications is not established merely by viewing or acknowledging this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile messaging opt-in data or consent records to third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing purposes.

Necessary information may be processed by communications providers solely to deliver messages, manage consent, and support the messaging service.

Permission for Offerlnz to contact an individual does not automatically authorize every participating agent, buyer, or third party to contact that person for unrelated promotional purposes.

Service-related communications may continue after a marketing opt-out where permitted or required by law.

11. Data Retention

We retain information for periods reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain legitimate business records, fulfill legal obligations, preserve transaction history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce applicable agreements.

Retention criteria vary by category:

Deleting information maintained by Offerlnz does not automatically delete independent brokerage records, investor files, public records, or information independently retained by other authorized recipients.

12. Information Security

Offerlnz uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or misuse of personal information.

These measures may include authentication, role-based access permissions, server-enforced data restrictions, activity logging, and security monitoring appropriate to the nature of our services.

Access to nonpublic information is intended to be limited to participants and personnel with legitimate permissions and responsibilities.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, using the Platform lawfully, and reporting suspected unauthorized account activity.

If a security incident involving personal information occurs, we will investigate and provide notifications to affected individuals, business partners, or authorities where required by applicable law.

13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your state of residence, the nature of the information, and the laws applicable to Offerlnz, you may have rights to:

  • Confirm whether we process personal information and request access.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

We may request reasonable identity verification to prevent unauthorized access or deletion. Authorized representatives may submit requests where permitted by law and upon appropriate verification of their authority.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law, explain any legally permitted denial, and provide appeal instructions where required.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.

For qualifying sales, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will also provide any additional opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

14. Independent Participants and Third-Party Services

Real estate professionals, investment companies, financial institutions, and other marketplace participants may independently collect or maintain information in the course of their lawful business activities.

Their independent activities may be governed by separate privacy policies, professional duties, and contractual arrangements.

Offerlnz does not automatically control information independently maintained by those parties outside the Platform.

When users activate an external integration or request services from a third party, applicable information may be transferred to that provider to complete the authorized request.

Third-party websites, connected applications, and external services may have their own privacy terms and security practices.

Users should review the relevant third-party notices when engaging those services.

15. Community Impact and Reporting

Offerlnz may maintain records relating to community-impact initiatives, nonprofit designations, eligible marketplace transactions, and program participation.

We may use this information to administer applicable initiatives, verify outcomes, calculate contributions, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Public-facing impact reporting will generally use aggregated information or information that does not reasonably identify individual clients or confidential transactions.

Where individual participants, properties, or transactions are identified publicly, we will obtain appropriate authorization or otherwise ensure the disclosure is lawful.

Community-impact initiatives do not independently authorize the disclosure of confidential buyer, agent, or homeowner information for unrelated purposes.

16. Children and Geographic Scope

Offerlnz is intended for adults and professional participants. The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children. If we learn that information has been collected from a child in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take appropriate action.

Our services are primarily intended for use in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where authorized service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technologies, business operations, or legal obligations evolve.

Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

Where a change materially affects privacy practices, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.

Changes will not retroactively override legal rights or valid consent requirements.
